The last bit of our trip really wasn't all that exciting. Since our flight was canceled the night before we had another whole day of vacation. We really can't complain but we were at a loss of what to do. Since we turned in our rental car the night before and didn't want to rent another one, we decided to see what the little town of Antrim had to offer.
The thing is, we had already driven through and experienced a bit of it on our way back to Belfast two days earlier.
We took a boat ride on the huge lake of Lough Neagh.
We puttered past a castle.

And looked out to a lake of pretty much nothingness. It wasn't the most exciting boat ride I've been on. In fact it was probably the least eventful boat ride I have experienced. And yet I seem to have found it blog worthy? Hm.

The better part of the day we found a lovely castle garden.

We frolicked.

We played.

We enjoyed the day.

We even found out where the leprechauns hide!

And discovered that ironically Ireland does in fact have clover fields!
